Define the opportunity. Discover the product.

Looking through our design, manufacture, and commercial lenses, we assess how things work today for the end-user and the business—building a shared understanding of context and behaviour to clarify design intent.

From there we cast the net wide, collaboratively structuring ideas, insights, and technologies to define what's possible and make sure we're solving the right problems. With a clear set of goalposts and a strategy to reach them we set the brief and move into concepts.
